5 Element Qigong Practice – full version

This is a full, 12 minute qigong session that includes practices for the elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water and their associated organs and meridians. Each element is demonstrated with some instructions, and repeated a few times. Once you have learned them it’s a wonderful practice to do on your own and
for longer — repeating each element 6 – 9 times. Enjoy!
